Return & Refund Policy
1. Right of withdrawal (14-day return policy)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
Conditions for a return:
- The goods must be unused and undamaged.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A proof of purchase or another purchase receipt is required.
Note: E-bikes that have already been tested or ridden are excluded from returns.
2. Return Process

Declare Withdrawal: Within the 14-day withdrawal period, send a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) expressing your decision to withdraw from the contract to refund@widewheelz.com.

Confirmation & Return Instructions: After receiving your withdrawal, you will receive a confirmation from us along with information on how to return the goods.

Return of Goods: Send the goods back to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Inspection & Refund: After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), promptly and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
Important: Returns without prior arrangement will not be accepted.
3. Transport Damage
Please check the goods carefully upon receipt. If you find that the goods were damaged during transport, please contact us immediately at hallo@widewheelz.com. We will examine the damage and find a solution together, which usually includes the free replacement of the damaged goods.
