Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

 

(Consumer means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity.)

 

Right of withdrawal for goods deliveries

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, LBGT GmbH, Huttropstraße 60, 45138 Essen, Phone: +49 160 7829331, E-Mail: hallo@widewheelz.com, of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
 
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
